Utility water is expensive and future pricing of water is uncertain, excessive consumption is detrimental to our environment, and many of us face water scarcity. We recognise these challenges, and the opportunity that reducing water can provide.
Our Story
Here at Every Drop Saved we are passionate about making small changes, at home, to reduce our reliance on utility supplied water. And for those of us ‘off-the-grid’, ensuring a sustainable, reliable supply or water from our own sources.
Every Drop Saved was established by Oliver Heyward, a water engineer and home builder. Having constructed an off-grid home, fully self-sufficient for water, Oliver had some ideas and experiences to share. Always keen to discuss the technologies, strategies, means and methods for home scale water resilience, Every Drop Saved was created.
